Prices & PAyment terms

Prices at Rhythm Charoenkrung Pavillion start at THB 5,340,000 (US$ 157,091, HK$ 1,233,016, SG$ 208,330, CNY 1,080,525, Euro 143,373). This is equivalent to just over THB178,000/M2 for a 1-Bedroom type on a lower floor.

Payment terms at Rhythm Charoenkrung Pavillion are simple and straightforward, and particularly attractive to investors as a relatively low deposit is required and there is a long period until completion in May 2023.

A booking fee of between THB100,000 and THB300,000 depending on the size of the unit is required as soon as possible to reserve. The booking fee will be refunded as soon as the deposit is paid.

After the booking fee is paid a 5% deposit is required to be paid to AP within 7 days after which a Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) is prepared. AP are offering a special incentive to buyers who sign their SPA before the end of December 2019 as they will be required to pay only a further 7% deposit within 45 days.

This means that only 12% down payment is required with no further payment due until completion in May 2023 at which time the remaining 88% will be payable. 

Purchasers are free to re-sell their units at any time and mortgages are available for qualified foreign buyers from Kasikorn Bank (Hong Kong residents), UOB, ICBC, BOC and MBK.
