Plum Condo is located on Sukhumvit Soi 97/1, a short 6-minute walk from Bang Chak BTS Skytrain Station. Payment terms for Plum Condo are simple and straightforward. A booking fee of THB 50,000 or the equivalent in foreign currency is required to secure your unit. Thereafter 30% deposit is required within 30 days of booking. There are no further payments required until completion in Q4 2021 at which time the remaining 70% will be due.

Purchasers are free to re-sell their units at any time and mortgages are available for qualified foreign buyers.

The Common Area Management charge for Plum Condo will be THB57/M2/Month and the one-off Sinking Fund payment will be THB500/M2. This means the monthly management fee for a 1-Bedroom 22.75 M2 unit-type will be THB 1,297 (US$ 41, HK$ 321, SG$ 55, CNY 266, Euro 34).
