Land and House

Land and Houses Public Company Limited was established in 1983 by Mr. Anant Asavabhokhin and his mother, Piangjai Harnpanij, and listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 1991. One of the oldest property development companies in Thailand, it has traditionally focused on detached housing estates, as well as condominiums and townhouses. The company also develops and manages several commercial properties and apartments, and offers administration and investment advice. Projects are located primarily around greater Bangkok, although the company has branched out to several upcountry markets.

Project brands include Baan Suanthon, Ease, North, The Bangkok, The Key, The Room and Wan Vayla condominiums, Indy and Vive townhouses, Villagio mixed projects, and Mantana and Sivalee detached homes. Commercial properties include a chain of Terminal 21 retail malls.

Significant project launches in 2018 and beyond include Ease Rama 2, The Room Sukhumvit 38, The Room Phayathai and The Key Petchkasem condominiums, Indy 2 Srinakarin, Indy 4 Bangna km. 7 and  Vive Bangna townhouses, Villaggio Bangna Thepharuk, Villaggio Phet Kasem, Villaggio Rangsit Klong 2, Villlaggio Bangna Srinakarin, Villaggio Khorean Ayudhaya and Villaggio San Sai Chiang Mai mixed projects, and Mantana Onnuch Wongwaen, Mantana Phutthamonthon Sai 2 Bangwaek, Mantana 2 Bangna km.7, Mantana 3 Westgate and Chaiyapruk Express Ramindra Jatuchote  housing estates.

Land and Houses has received numerous industry awards, most recently an Agency for Real Estate Affairs Project Award 2017 for Mantana - Wongwaen Bangbon, and an International Property Award 2017 for The Bangkok Thonglor.
