Reservations & Payment Terms

Prices for the last units available at The Lofts Silom start at THB 11,538,574 (US$ 368,761, HK$ 2,862,190, SG$ 488,023, CNY 2,351,711, Euro 302,300) for a 1-Bedroom simplex unit on a high floor of 45.97 sq.m.

Last 2-Bedroom units start at THB 13,673,760 for a 58.56 sq.m Loft on a mid-floor and range up to THB 29,908,023 for a Duplex-type of 107.77 sq.m on a very high floor.

Payment terms for The Lofts Silom require a fee of THB100,000 to reserve (or the equivalent in foreign currency) with a 10% deposit required upon contract signature within 14 days thereafter. The final 90% payment will be due upon property transfer.

The Common Area Management charge for The Lofts Silom is THB 90/M2/Month and the one-off Sinking Fund payment is THB 800/M2. This means the monthly management fee for a 1-Bedroom 45.97 sq.m unit-type is THB 4,830 (US$ 155).
