Payment terms for Radisson Phuket Mai Khao Beach are simple and straightforward. A booking fee of THB100,000 is required to secure your unit. Thereafter 30% deposit is required within 14 days of booking. There are no further payments required until completion in Q4 2022 at which time the remaining 70% will be due.

The Common Area Management charge for Radisson Phuket Mai Khao Beach will be THB50/sqm/month and the one-off Sinking Fund payment will be THB600/sqm. This means the average monthly management fee for a Deluxe Sea View Studio 41 sqm unit-type will be THB2,050 (US$67, HK$528, SG$91, CNY472, Euro61).
The Hotel Management Agreement is for 15 years, with the option for the developer and Radisson Hotel Group to continue for an additional 15 years.
