Pran comprises 5 distinct units constructed on freehold land plots of between 40.8 and 68.1 square. Each unit is 5-stories and comes with secure parking for between 3-5 cars. 

All homes are provided “fully-fitted” with air conditioners in each room, engineering wood flooring, white-painted walls, fitted kitchens with accessories and fully fitted bathrooms. Ceiling heights are an extra high 3-5 metres throughout.

The upper (5th Floor) is the main living area and comprises an open-plan kitchen and living and dining areas. A particularly pleasing feature is the Sky Garden allowing an abundance of light and greenery to flood through the entire space.

Payment terms for Pran are simple and straightforward. A booking fee of THB500,000 is required as soon as possible to reserve your unit.

Thereafter a further 5% deposit is required to be paid to JYE Land within 14 days after which time a Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) will be prepared. Draft copies of the SPA are available upon request. Once the SPA has been signed a further 15% will be due in 3 equal installments. The final 80% will be due upon transfer.
