Payment terms for Niche Mono Charoen Nakorn are simple and straightforward. A booking fee of THB50,000 (or the equivalent in foreign currency) is required as soon as possible to reserve your unit.

FUTURE infrastructure & Development

A special selling point for Niche Mono Charoen Nakorn is its close proximity to the planned Purple MRT Line extension and Jom Thong MRT Station opening just 600 metres from the development.
