Villas at Laguna Park 2 start at THB 20,750,000 ( US$ 688,093, HK$ 5,333,110, SG$ 916,752, CNY 4,493,496, Euro 565,618) fully fitted with a built-up area of 417 M2 on a 413 M2 plot.
Furniture packages for villas are available for an additional THB 750,000.
Purchasers buying without the deferred payment scheme (described below) are entitled to a further 5% discount.
Foreigners spending more than 15 MB will also receive a free 5-year Thailand Elite multiple entry visa to Thailand as well as additional privileges the visa includes.
Payment terms for Laguna Park 2 are simple and straightforward. A booking fee of THB100,000 is required to secure your unit. Thereafter 30% deposit (minus the booking fee) is required upon signature of a Sales & Purchase Agreement within 1-month of booking.
The remaining 70% payment is due upon legal transfer of the unit within 1-2 months of booking. Alternatively, a deferred payment plan over between 1-5 years with special 0% to 3% interest rates is available for a limited period only. As Laguna Park 2 is ready to move-in to now the transfer of ownership period can be considerably shortened if required.
