Payment terms for Fynn Asoke are simple and straightforward. A booking fee of THB 100,000 (or the equivalent in foreign currency) is required as soon as possible to reserve your unit.
Thereafter a further 20% deposit is required to be paid at which time a Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) will be prepared. Draft copies of the SPA are available upon request. Final payment is required within 30 days of reservation.
The Common Area Management charge for Fynn Asoke is THB70/M2/Month and the one-off Sinking Fund payment is THB700/M2. This means the average monthly management fee for a 1-Bedroom 24 M2 unit-type is THB 1,680.
