Project Specifications

Cassia Phuket comprises a total of 334 one and two-bedroom units in a low rise 7-floor building sold on a renewable 30-year leasehold basis. Available one-bedroom unit sizes range from 42 to 52 sq.m. For available two-bedroom units the sizes range from 62 to 86 sq.m.

Compact yet comfortable, every inch of the floor space at Cassia Phuket has been designed for maximum usage, including the compact but efficiently laid-out kitchen and dining areas, the option mezzanine unit and living areas that flow into one another to form a generous integrated space.


All units are fully furnished, and buyers have the option to make their unit available for renting out by the Banyan Tree Group. Should a buyer decide to join the rental program no customization of the unit is allowed. However, fit-out is of the highest international standard and complements the contemporary tropical design of the development. Buyers who choose not to join the rental program can customize their units as they wish.

Onsite facilities include a Residents’ Lobby, Restaurant, Room Service, Pool Bar, Gym, and Outdoor event spaces. Staff are on duty 24 hours a day to assist residents and guests.

Prices & Payment

Prices at Cassia Phuket start at THB 5,510,000 (US$ 182,711, HK$ 1,416,179, SG$ 243,522, CNY 1,194,012, Euro 150,362) after discount for a 1-Bedroom unit with a floor area of 42 sq.m.

2-Bedroom units start at THB 7,710,000 (US$ 255,701, HK$ 1,981,897, SG$ 340,798, CNY 1,670,932, Euro 210,411) after discount with a floor area of 62 sq.m.

Please contact us for latest promotions including discounts of THB 300,000 and THB 600,000 on selected units while stock lasts. Purchasers buying without the deferred payment scheme (described below) are entitled to a further 5% discount.

Foreigners buying multiple units valued at more than 15 MB will also receive a free 5-year Thailand Elite multiple entry visa to Thailand as well as additional privileges the visa includes.

Payment terms for Cassia Phuket are simple and straightforward. A booking fee of THB100,000 is required to secure your unit. Thereafter 30% deposit (minus the booking fee) is required upon signature of a Sales & Purchase Agreement within 1-month of booking. 

The remaining 70% payment is due upon legal transfer of the unit within 1-2 months of booking. Alternatively, a deferred payment plan over between 1-5 years with special 0% to 3% interest rates is available for a limited period only. As Cassia Phuket is ready to move-in to now the transfer of ownership period can be considerably shortened if required.

During the promotion period buyers will also receive a Complimentary Laguna Voucher worth THB 100,000 (1-Bedroom purchase) or THB 200,000 (2-Bedroom purchase), with 50% of the value towards accommodation and 50% towards F&B, gifts, golf, tours, spa visits etc.

Owners are also automatically enrolled into The Sanctuary Club, an exchange program which allows owners of participating Cassia, Banyan Tree, Angsana and Laguna properties to exchange part of their annual entitlement for a complimentary stay at a different destination within the network. Owners can also enjoy discount privileges at participating resorts worldwide.

Rentals & Investment

Cassia Phuket provide a rental opportunity for those buyers who wish to earn a return on their investment. Banyan Tree Group manage this program and ensure that owners receive the highest possible yield. However, joining this program is not compulsory and those buyers who wish to retain their property for private use only may do so.

As a special incentive to buyers Cassia Phuket provide guaranteed rental yields of 5% for up to 5-years for investors. The guaranteed yields are based upon 100% of the purchase price and are paid as soon as at least 50% of the purchase price is made.

All investors joining-in the rental program will also be able to use their property themselves for 30-days each year.

After the guaranteed rental period owners will receive 40% of net room revenue of which 3% is held in a reserve fund for future refurbishment costs in the first year, 4% in the second year and 5% in the third year onwards.

Banyan Tree Group provides a full management service for units which have joined the rental program. In the case of units which are not part of the program an arrangement can be made with the operator for management services.

UPCOMING infrastructure
