Aspire Erawan Prime is a newly announced project launch following-on the success of Aspire Erawan which recently completed. Both developments are ideally located ‘on station’ at Chang Erawan BTS Skytrain Station on the Sukhumvit Green Line leading direct to Siam. Opened in 2018, Chang Erawan BTS Station is just two stops from Samrong Interchange Station and five stops from Udomsuk BTS Station and one of Bangkok’s property hotspots where prices are up to two times higher than those around Chang Erawan. Prices & Payment Terms

Prices at Aspire Erawan Prime start at THB2,100,000 (US$ 69,591; HK$ 539,618; SG$ 93,822; CNY 459,855, Euro 58,848) for a Studio unit. This equates to only THB77,777 per M2 which is exceptional value for a newly launched Bangkok residential development next to a BTS Skytrain Station. 

Payment terms for Aspire Erawan Prime are simple and straightforward. A booking fee of THB50,000 for Studio and 1-Bedroom types or THB100,000 for 2-Bedroom types (or the equivalent in foreign currency) is required as soon as possible to reserve your unit.

Thereafter a further 15% deposit is required to be paid to AP (The Developer) within 15 days after which a Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) is prepared. Draft copies of the SPA are available upon request. There are then no further payments until Q2 2022 when the remaining 85% will be due.

Purchasers are free to re-sell their units at any time and mortgages are available for qualified foreign buyers from UOB, ICBC and BOC.

The Common Area Management fee for Aspire Erawan Prime will be THB 39/M2 per month meaning a 27 M2 unit will cost THB 1,053. The one-off Sinking Fund payment due at transfer is THB 400/M2.
