For a limited period during pre-sales all units will benefit from promotional discounts of up to 20% from asking prices.
A booking fee of THB100,000 is required as soon as possible to reserve your unit and is offset from the final payment.
After the booking fee is paid a 10% deposit is required after which a Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) is prepared. A further 10% is payable in regular installments during the constriction period. Alternate payment conditions apply to foreign purchasers.
