Prices & Payment Terms

Prices at The Address Siam Ratchathewi start at 6.9 MB (US$227,873 HK$1,783,927, SG$311,892, CNY1,605,193, Euro206,810) for a 31 M2 1-Bedroom unit on a low floor. 

Payment terms for The Address Siam Ratchathewi are simple and straightforward. Booking fees required depend on the type of unit you book:

1-Bedroom: THB100,000
2-Bedrooms: THB150,000
1-Bedroom Duplex: THB150,000
3-Bedrooms: THB200,000

Thereafter a further contract fee equivalent to the booking fee plus THB50,000 is required to be paid to AP within 7 days after which time a Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) will be prepared. Draft copies of the SPA are available upon request.

Payments will then be in 22 installments up to 20% of the purchase price with the remaining 80% payable upon completion in August 2022. 

Purchasers are free to re-sell their units at any time and mortgages are available for qualified foreign buyers from UOB, ICBC and BOC.
