The 25-rai land plot of the British Embassy next to the Central Embassy was recently sold to a joint-venture consortium of Central Group and its partner (Hong Kong Land). They are planning to develop a mixed-use project that will be linked to Central Embassy.

Moving northward along Wireless Road toward Petchaburi Road, there is an upcoming BDMS wellness clinic, Bangkok’s first downtown holistic-service medical centre, on the former Swissotel Nai Lert Park Hotel.
