Sindhorn Village, a large mixed-use project on over 50-rai of land on Langsuan Road, will transform the landscape of Chidlom neighbourhood. The project will comprise of leasehold condominiums, apartments, serviced apartments, a ‘Walking Street’ retail plaza and a large area of open space to promote recreational activities. Once completed in 2019, it will further increase property value in Chidlom area.

One intersection eastward away from Chidlom, there is an upcoming BDMS wellness clinic, Bangkok’s first downtown holistic-service medical centre, on the former Swissotel Nai Lert Park Hotel. The project will be the first of its kind in Asia and will further enhance Bangkok’s medical tourism industry. Currently, the Royal Life Regenerative Medicine Clinic has started operating. The rest of the project will be opened by the first half of 2018.

Additionally, the 25-rai land plot of the British Embassy next to the Central Embassy was recently sold to a joint-venture consortium of Central Group and its partner (Hong Kong Land). They are planning to develop a mixed-use project that will be linked to Central Embassy.
