Singha Estate

Singha Estate Public Company Limited is a Thailand property developer of residential and commercial projects, including condominiums and detached homes, office space for rent, and hotels. Founded as Panichpoom Pattana Company Limited in 1995, the company became Rasa Property Development Co., Ltd in 2004, and went public in 2007.  In 2014, a merger with two other companies created SPM Group. Soon after, this company was renamed Singha Estate Public Company Limited.

In 2015, Singha Estate launched The ESSE Asoke, its first luxury condominium project, and Phi Phi Island Village Beach Resort. That same year, it entered into a joint venture in the Mercure Hotel brand in the United Kingdom. In 2017, the company invested in Nirvana Daii PCL, a prefabricated concrete and fence manufacturer, and in 2018 acquired six Outrigger resort hotels.

Singha Estate residential brands include The ESSE condominiums and Santiburi The Residences luxury detached housing. Commercial properties include Singha Complex, The Lighthouse mall and Suntowers Complex office and retail space. Hotel brands include Outrigger, Santiburi, and Mercure hotels in England and Scotland. Concrete construction products are sold under the Fenzer and Nuevo brands. Launches in 2018 and beyond include EYSE luxury condominium project on Sukhumvit Road Soi 43.

Key executive staff include Mr. Chutinant Bhirombhakdi, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Naris Cheyklin, Chief Executive Officer, and Mrs. Thitima Rungkwansiriroj, Chief Financial Officer.

At the end of 2017, Singha Estate PLC held total assets of THB 40.91 billion and had registered capital of THB 6.854 billion. Total 2017 revenues were THB 5.858 billion, compared with THB 3.233 billion in 2016. Residential property accounted for 41% of 2017 revenues, commercial property 37%, hotels 18% and other sources 4%. Net profits in 2017 were THB 572 million, up from THB 170 million in 2016. Earnings per share were THB 0.086.
