SC Asset

SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited is a Bangkok-based developer and manager of residential and commercial property, including condominiums, townhouses and detached homes for sale, and office buildings for rent,  and has an ongoing collaboration with Advance Info Services Public Company (AIS) to provide high-speed digital networks. The company entered the commercial property market with the launch of Shinawatra Tower III in 1995. Listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 2003, its earliest residential projects were in Bangkok, though the company has since expanded into several major upcountry markets.

Project brands include Centric, The Crest and Chambers condominiums, Verve and Vista Park townhouses, and PAVE, Venue, Bangkok Boulevard, Grand Bangkok Boulevard and Life Bangkok Boulevard detached homes. SC Asset launched 47 new projects in 2017 and announced 19 new projects in 2018.

SC Asset received a 2017 SET Sustainability Award for high standards of environmentalism and corporate governance, an “Outstanding Real Estate Project for 2017” award from the Agency for Real Estate Affairs, and two Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency awards from the Ministry of Energy.

The strongest sales growth segments were detached homes under THB 5 million and over THB 20 million, while condominium revenues declined. Net profit in 2017 was THB 10.09 million, compared with THB 13.57 million in 2016. As of August, 2018, company stock traded in the middle of its 52-week average price of THB 3.2 – 4.3. The company has been rated by Tris Rating as BBB+ /Stable since 2011.
