Reservations & Payment Terms

Prices for the last units available at Tait 12 start at THB 8,880,000 (US$ 271,772, HK$ 2,110,989, SG$ 368,457, CNY 1,757,804, Euro 230,409) for a 1-Bedroom unit type.

Payment terms for Tait 12 require a fee of THB100,000 to reserve (or the equivalent in foreign currency) with a 15% deposit required upon contract signature within 14 days thereafter. The final payment will be due upon property transfer.

The Common Area Management charge for Tait 12 is THB 110/M2/Month and the one-off Sinking Fund payment is THB 900/M2. This means the monthly management fee for a 1-Bedroom 49 sq.m unit-type is THB 5,390 (US$ 165).
