Prices at Na Reva Charoennakhon start at just THB2,900,000 (US$ 96,118 HK$ 745,260, SG$ 129,600, CNY 635,200, Euro 81,300) for a 32.50 M2 unit which equates to only just over THB89,000 per M2, exceptional value for a riverside condominium in Bangkok. 

Payment terms for Na Reva Charoennakhon are simple and straightforward. A booking fee of THB 30,000 for all smaller units, or THB 50,000 for large units (or the equivalent in foreign currency) is required as soon as possible to reserve.

Thereafter only a further 15% deposit is required to be paid to the developer in staged payments. No further payment is required until completion in late 2024 at which time the remaining 85% will be due. 

Purchasers are free to re-sell their units at any time and mortgages are available for qualified foreign buyers from UOB, ICBC and BOC.

Na Reva Charoennakhon is located on a wide road running alongside the West bank of the Chaopraya River, a few minutes from Bangkok’s CBD in the Sathorn area of the city.

The nearest BTS Skytrain Station from Na Reva Charoennakhon is Krungthonburi BTS Station and there will be a shuttle-bus service from Na Reva Charoennakhon when the development opens. From Krungthonburi BTS Station it is just three stops to Chongnonsi, at the centre of Bangkok’s CBD area in Sathorn.

A special selling point for Na Reva Charoennakhon is its close proximity to the planned Purple MRT Line extension and Jom Thong MRT Station. This will undoubtably have a positive effect on future capital values at Na Reva Charoennakhon as commuting to and from the development will become easier.

The first phase of the Purple MRT line with 16 stations running from Khlong Bang Phai to Taopoon is already open and connected to the rest of Bangkok’s Mass Transit system in August 2018.
